Swift Current Conservation Officers are investigation a poaching crime where an adult female antelope was shot 50 yards off a road and left to waste in a lentil field about 1 mile south of Glen Bain, SK on June 23/24th. This has orphaned two antelope kids. A similar situation occurred in 2009 where 3 adults were shot and orphaned 4 antelope kids, 1 mile NE of Glen Bain on Highway 19.
