On April 19th, 2016, Humboldt Conservation Officers received information regarding an amount of litter which had been dumped on private land 2 miles north of Lanigan, SK. Officers investigated the scene and discovered that one plastic garbage bag which had been rolled in a green tarp contained what appeared to be an entire deboned deer, with approximately 40lbs of meat, butcher scraps and rubber gloves.
