Meadow Lake Conservation Officers received TIP (Turn In Poachers) calls about two deer fawns that were shot and left to waste. Officers investigated the scene and found the two fawns that had been shot on private land posted “No Hunting”. Officers believe the fawns were shot late at night on Friday, November 3rd or in the early morning hours of Saturday, November 4th. Some evidence was collected at the scene, which was on an approach on Range Road 3192, 5 miles west of Dorintosh, SK.
