Two White-tailed Fawns Shot and Left to Waste Near Halbrite

On December 3rd, 2018, Estevan Conservation Officers received a TIP regarding two White-tailed deer fawns that were shot and left to waste. Officers located the two fawns approximately 950 meters Southwest of the village of Halbrite, SK. Officers believe the fawns were shot on the weekend of December 1st, 2018. Vehicle tracks were observed driving out to the deer, but there is no evidence of anyone exiting the vehicle.
