Meadow Lake Conservation Officers were notified of a cow moose that was shot on private land near Rapid View during the early morning hours of Friday, April 3, 2020. Officers located the moose, which was pregnant with twins, and collected evidence at the scene. Tire tracks from newer, heavy lug tires were also located. There was no moose season on at the time.
