Mule Deer Buck Shot and Left Near Brooking

On or about November 30th, 2020, Weyburn Conservation Officers responded to a young mule deer buck that was shot and left to waste on Township Road 070 about 11 kilometers West of Highway 28. The location is just NW of Brooking, SK. The deer was shot 120 meters from a busy township road. There were no tracks around the mule deer which indicates that those responsible did not even attempt to retrieve the deer.
