On December 2nd, 2023, Outlook Conservation Officers received information regarding a mule deer buck that had been shot out of season and left to waste, approximately 4 miles northwest of Elbow, SK. Officers located the deer and determined that it had been shot with a large caliber rifle. Officers believe this occurred at first light on Saturday, December 2nd. Evidence was collected at the scene and officers now need your assistance in finding the responsible individual(s).
