Meadow Lake conservation officers received information on June 5, 2026, regarding an injured crow found in a yard along 7th Ave W in Meadow Lake, SK. Conservation officers determined that the crow was suffering from a gun shot wound and later succumbed to its injuries. It is illegal to hunt any wildlife within 500m of an occupied building. Officers have collected evidence but need the public’s assistance to identify the individual responsible.
