Saskatoon Conservation Officers received a dead Snowy Owl that had been shot sometime around January 1, 2016 on Tamke Road approximately 3-4 miles east of highway #11 south of Saskatoon. The owl was shot with a rifle. Owls are protected in the province and there is no season for them.
