Thanks to your help, this case is solved!
Pinehouse Conservation Officers are seeking information about a cow moose that was shot on October 16th, 2016 at approximately 6:15pm near the Tippo River. The moose was shot in the freshly logged area on the east side of Highway 165. A witness on-scene observed an unknown male fire three shots while standing in the box of a white GMC or Chevy pickup truck. The year of the vehicle was estimated to be between 2002 – 2010. Due to fresh snow in the area the vehicle licence plate was not visible. At the time of the incident, the vehicle was parked directly on Highway 165. The driver of the vehicle was described as female between 20 and 30 years of age. Officers collected some evidence at the scene.
