White-Tailed Buck Shot and Left to Waste Near Dorintosh

On November 1st, 2018, Dorintosh Conservation Officers received a call about shots heard at 10pm on the evening of October 31, 2018. Conservation Officers attended the area approximately 5km South of Dorintosh on Highway 4. A White-Tailed deer buck was located about 50 yards West off the highway. A small caliber firearm was used to kill the deer, which was then left to waste. Did you see any vehicles or people in this area on Halloween evening, or hear of someone hunting that evening?
