On December 8, 2018, Assiniboia Conservation Officers received a TIP call regarding two White-tailed deer carcasses, along with a hide, that were dumped 0.5 km South of Kincaid, at land location NE 20-8-8-W3. The tags had been removed from the deer and a significant amount of meat was left to waste.
