On October 1, 2019 Conservation Officers at Moose Mountain received a call on the Turn in Poachers and Polluters line regarding a pile of ducks discarded along an oil lease road on the Christopher Trail in Moose Mountain Provincial Park. Officers investigated the call and located one hundred and eighty ducks abandoned in a ditch. None of the edible meat was taken from any of the 180 ducks. Officers are looking for public assistance to identify anyone involved with this crime.
