On October 19, 2019, Regina Conservation Officers received information leading to the discovery of a shot and left bull moose, approximately 3.5 miles South of Rouleau, SK. One hind quarter and both back straps of the moose were removed while the rest of the animal was left to waste. It’s suspected the moose was killed within the previous 24 hours.
