On October 19th, 2019, Regina Conservation Officers received information regarding a bull moose which had been shot and left to waste, approximately 3.5 km South of Rouleau, SK. Officers investigated the scene and discovered one hind quarter and both back straps of the moose were removed, and the rest of the animal was left to waste. It is suspected the moose was killed within the previous 24 hours. There was a draw moose season on at the time of the offence. Some evidence was collected from the scene, however, Conservation Officers need the public’s help to solve this case.
