On November 12th, 2020, Saskatoon and Humboldt Conservation Officers received information of a cow and calf moose that were shot and left with no attempt to retrieve, 9 miles West of Highway #2 off Pitt Road, Southwest of Cudworth SK (SW26-40-28-W2). Evidence collected at the scene determined the two moose were shot sometime between 6:30pm on November 11th and 8:00am on November 12th. This is another total disregard for wildlife in this province and the public’s assistance is needed to find those responsible.
