On November 19th, 2021, Spiritwood Conservation Officers responded to a call of two shot and left moose. Officers located a cow and calf moose approximately 10 miles South of Spiritwood, at land location NW 11-49-13-W3. The moose were shot and left early that same morning but there was no season on at the time. Evidence was collected but the public’s assistance is needed to help solve this senseless killing.
