On November 19th, 2021 Spiritwood Conservation Officers received information regarding two moose which had been shot and left to waste approximately 10 miles South of Spiritwood, SK. Officers attended the scene and located a cow and calf moose. Officers believe that the moose were shot and left early that same morning. There was no hunting season open for moose on this date. Officers collected evidence from the scene, however the public’s assistance is needed to help solve this case.
