On October 21, 2022, Regina Conservation Officers received information that the carcass and hide of a White-tailed Deer were discarded on a dirt trail south of Valley Side Road, approximately 11 kilometers west of Lumsden, SK. The deer was field dressed, and the hide was removed. All edible meat was left to waste on the carcass. The deer may have been killed at a separate and unknown location. Officers collected evidence at the scene. This is believed to have occurred before 1:00pm on Sunday, October 16th, 2022.
